My KIP3000 machine controller getting an error KIP-IPS.msi file missing, Please help me , How can I solve this problem.

You will probably have to reload the system software on the IPS. If you can't get to the home screen it will have to be done by booting from the CD-ROM.

I reloaded the system software,Now optons are not avilable.(network print and scan),How can I add this options ,what is the license file extension.please help me

You'll need to contact KIP with the model no, serial no, they'll then supply you with the keycodes for the licences
