Yes please, I'll absolutely take the Svc Manual, if you're offering! I actually created a SM request in the appropriate sub, if it's better to reply there?
As for the firmware, I very likely will end up needing that as well, if I have to replace the MFP. I'm not sure of the full process yet, but I won't be at all surprised to have to reload the FW.
I'll take any and all help I can get at this point. This is by far the most in-depth repair I've attempted on one of these machines.
I've torn Oce' large format engineering copiers down to the frame, but those are a whole different beast. Way more mechanical, less electronics.

Planning ahead, in case I'm not able to fix this machine, and I end up having to replace it...
Is anyone aware of a good resource that compares Bizhub models? I mean, what's the difference between a c354e and a c368? Which is newer/faster/fancier? I know there has to be a fairly simple system for how to tell the age and capabilities of these machines, I just don't know it, and it's making it difficult to research options.Comment
