Epson TM-C7500G service manual

Anyone have a service manual for a Epson TM-C7500G ink jet label printer. Looked on Epson's site and could not find one? I can find setup manuals but no service manual?.

This machine turns on and just keeps going through the cleaning process and with not stop. We have changed the waste box because it needed changing but that did not help.

need servicemanual, too. Same problem and changed firmware to latest.
