Unfortunately these service manuals are protected by Oce/Canon there isn't a way to share them outside of the program they use called Robin and Porthos.

Yes, but robin and portos isn't only available to download on official sites
They only offer to view Service manuals without service mode.
There are 2 versions of documentations. Normal -which can be installed to view by portos on computer by robin, and encrypted version -there is needed SAM key with valid license to view Service manual for specific model eg 360 are different to 365 -second license is for activate service mode on operation panel. Licenses are valid few months, sticked to specific codemeter number (SAM key) and need to be refreshed by server time every few weeks ;(
