I bought it 5 models from this web a few days ago
He didn't provide some parts

He wrote:The SOP / Cheetah firmware is included in the .pkg file supplied.
Note not all models now have romdata or apps etc these are included in the package file.



I need a separate file, but he doesn't provide it, so I'm looking for the seller again.

If you need the separate files, you can just uncompress the pkg files.

Actually from what I understand, for the IM models Ricoh only provides the Package firmware. There should also be a setting in the Service Program to have the new models download updates as they become available. If you paid for firmware then you got screwed.

A few other things:
1. Since the newer models come with the SOP by default the SOP firmware is included in the Package .
2. Most options and apps are separate and need to be purchased.
3. The Android OS for the SOP also is separate and needs to be loaded from the Android maintenance mode.
