Sharp AR-C260M service & parts manual needed.

Anyone have this book that I can borrow for a service call?
Their transfer belt is ripped. Is this alot of trouble? Usually
a transfer belt is not to hard to do.

    Thanks

The transfer belt is not such a big deal, it's the calibration that goes with it that takes some time.

Sorry Desert Rat, I don't give out manuals. See Paul. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      Blackcat4866,
Thank you for the heads up on the adjustment. I will find the manual somewhere.

          Paul,
Thank you for the quick service. I will contact the customer and see if he
wants the part for the price.

I have never done this on a Sharp before. How much trouble are the adjustments
for the transfer belt? I usually work on the BH color machines. A lot of the
          adjustments are automatic.

I think I have a document somewhere that details the calibration. There are a couple of special Sharp tools like the gray patch, and high voltage pigtail that you'll want to have. They're fussy adjustments that take a lot of trial and error to get right. It took me 75 minutes to do the calibration when I was in practice and good at it. When I get home I'll dig for that document.

For you're sake, I'm hoping the customer has "business color" aspirations for this machine. It will be hard to get anything else. =^..^=
