Need a part number for the Latch or claw as Minolta calls it. The front one on the lower right side door just below the Bypass Tray. Need the number for the B&W 552 NOT the C series.

Front new style: A00J573712
Rear: A00J573801
If you have an old style door (A00J571701), you'll need an old style latch.
If you have a new style door (A00J571712), you'll need a new style latch.
Do I know how to identify the difference(s)? No sir.
If I were in your situation I'd order a new door and new front latch. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
