does any one know of where or have any of these for sale. I don't want the kit or drum units just the charge roller.
thanks
Some dealers in the UK use a green scotch pad with platen cleaner remove brown coating so all you can see is white it work for another 20k {don't rub to hard}
But I just replace charge assy unless pcu is over life as well

scotch brite can ruin a PCR surface.
the Nu Finish Car Polish is no abrasive and as long as you don't leave some on PCR to transfer to the OPC it will not have issues.
there is another upside that I forgot to mention. I does make the print crisper and a little bolder resulting in crisp colors and longer life on the drums ( even Over life on most drums ) they were rated at 120 impressions and we were getting 150-180+ after doing this.
our setup guys had me do the trick to extra sets of drums so they could get the machines in the field w/ the trick and not have the road warriors have to mess with in the field.
P.S. I got a steak dinner and a $200 check from the boss for this tip!
have not done the 03s yet but 01s,02s and i use a scouring pad with alcohol and try to pull the PCR cleaning roller b4 doing so.
always worry about using any chemicals and mucking up drum blade/brush.
DOES THE 03 PCR roller come out easily?

See a lot of these in the UK cheap China rubbish be lucky to get 100k most dealers have stopped replacing the kit. You can always fit oem mpc4504 drum unit into a mpc4503 as they are cheaper to buy.

We have recently started using the Cxx04 black drums (D2392244) for all of our C3003 (and above) and C3004 (and above) color units and black units. Much cheaper, higher yield, no modifications. This was recently discussed in another thread on here.
