I have 2 slightly used heater lamps for Sharp Mxm654N 200V part number RLMPU0863FCP1. Lamps where installed before noticing they where the 200V part not the 120V, lamps where removed from the fusers and put back in the box, otherwise no issues with the lamps. $60 each + shipping.
