Might be less expensive to buy a new vacuum. But first check the motor brushes. Toner can bypass the filter and melt to the motor. If it builds up on the brushes, they can stick and not be pushed forward by their springs as they wear down. I have brought a couple back to life by cleaning the guides for the brushes.
