Dear fellow techies

Would anyone be so kind as to provide me with the part number for either the fixing film or fixing assy itself with film for the Ir3245 series please? One better, the whole parts manual would be lovely!

I have a machine down due to a shredded film and have lost access to my parts manual - customer now screaming and I am running out of things to hide behind.
