Where exactly are the transfer belt locking plates located. Is it the metal part measuring 12 1/2" long with a screw on either side holding in the roller? Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!

Metal plates on left and right side of transfer belt, there is a screw holding each one....they are about an inch or so in height....
Take the screws out and lift up slightly on the handle to remove the belt
Everyone has the right to be stupid. Some people just abuse this privelage more than others -
Transfer Unit C252
I am so embarrassed - can we start over again? Here's the deal, I need to change the fuse for the transfer unit. I don't know where the transfer unit is. I'm looking at the front of the machine (where the toner is loaded). I've been told to look on the right side of the machine (where the paper travels over the rollers). I open that up and on the door that drops down is a long black box, the width of the door, with a roller attached.
I'm lost from there. Can you direct me please? I am "clueless"!
