Having problems finding the right part number for the charge roller on this machine. Customer has grey background with white stripes going lead edge to trail edge. Looks to be the charge roller as it is very dirty and they have changed out the drum and toner recently. I have found one part number PFDS1019Z but it does not match up with the Panasonic parts list web site for this device. Does someone have the correct part number? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
