    Copier parts in general

Have been using PR for years, now when we order parts (on dealer pricing) they hve us on a $2000.00 limit and net 30. WE pay our bill when the invoice comes in but they say they can not up out credit limit because WE ARE SLOW TO PAY. Like I said when the invoice comes in we pay it. Ordered part today and they can not ship until we pay old invoices. We sent the payment in 9 days ago, how long does it take to get for Texas to PR. I know it is probably sitting on someones desk.. We are hunting for a different source, and suggestions on who to call? Message me...

We normally buy straight from the manufacturer, but we are starting to use some parts from this company:

    Q2 Product Offering

This is a newer company started by several former employees when Katun was bought out a few years ago. They really try to work with us and are trying to make the products they are selling better. Sounds like PR has been burned and is hurting for cash. Unfortunatly you are paying for it.
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

I purchase all parts with pre-paid Visa for my company, all parts always ship same day, messing around with dollar limits and net 30 billing can create problems and delays.
We use P/Roller for some stuff and ACM for most of oem and generic consumables, but all oem hard parts straight from mfg.

We use PR, TSAWorld, PrinterWorks, & PartsNow. In that order.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
