I used to work for a Panasonic dealer that went out of business, and left a few customers in the dark. I have since started servicing these cutomers, and need someone that I can get Panasonic parts at a decent rate. I have customers with Panasonic DP-C322, DP-6030, DP-3530, DP-3030, DP-2330, DP-190, & UF-8000. I am currently in need of PM parts for the DP-C322. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

i know the website for "precisionroller" has drum units,feed rollers,transfer roller assemblies,etc... also, i've ordered parts from "parrott distributing" before..they're in nashville,tn. i believe..don't think they have a website but their phone # is 1-800-451-3336.. good luck ..hope this helps.. -

2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
