    Canon ir5000 Shaft

    Hi all.
    I have attached the manual page which contains the shaft that I need for my last iR5000. Apparently the part is not encoded, but Canon might have done. Thanks in advance for your help ... and if you need something for a Konicaminolta please let me know ...

      FB6-5892-000 is the roller for the IR-5570 series and works in the 5000 series as well.

          First of all thank you for your response, charm5496.
          Following your link I noticed that the picture the in the site is complete of 6 rolls (FB5-3407-000 ROLLER, DELIVERY, OUTER-ITEM 98 OF MY PARTS LIST). I only need the shaft.
          What do you think that I will receive ordering in Canon the code that you and Teckat posted?

              Canon changed the part to come as a complete unit instead of removing every tire and replacing that way. So if you have six tires, throw them away and buy the link.
