Maybe 66-02? I think you would have discovered that there is no 62-02 in the manual. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I had that on a B601 it drove me mad. found that the paper would seem to jam into a gate on its way back to the glass just before the second scan. I remember the code and the noise like a belt jumping.
It drove me mad, i changed the DF board with the same result then the entire DF with the same result. Also did firmware.
To get it running i had to file away a part of the gate.WhateverComment

Thank you guys...there is actually a jam code for ADF ON P.412 ON SERVICE MANUAL . is it the turn over guide or the paper guide ,that is sitting on Slit glass?
