    Bizhub 654

I have a BH 654 with a little over 900,000 copies. Took out tray 4 feed section to change rollers & small clutches now I can't get it to feed even one sheet. Counts jams as 14-01. Tried feed section on another machine & it works good. Tried with other feed sections on this one and same problem. Was working before I took it out to rebuild. Anyone have ideas ?

Check for bent pins on the machine side, if you know the feed unit you removed works, maybe a pin was bent when you removed/fitted it back

you should always change the oneways at the very least. clutches do go out and you will get call back after call back because it wont jam everytime. replace those cheap parts

My guess is you stretched the separation spring too much while replacing the separation roller...

other thing that I've had happen too many times to forget is paper being mashed into the socket at the back of the trays 3 & 4. Sometimes it is difficult to tell if there is paper in there take a very close look.

I'm told the new series allow customer to easily remove paper tray which should help avoid jams behind trays
