When a copy is made off the glass,tried everything settings! Call Hot line Konica Minolta....copy maded copier ask for next original, I have to hit finish and start.Did firmware also.The settings are done right

Make sure machine is not defaulted to 1-2 sided or 2-2 sided.

You've not said what model, im guessing a C284 series if so try Bizhub glass copy Utility/user settings/system settings/page 2, there is a new icon for "separate scan from platen"

Yup. Had this as well! Its a bugger if you don't know about it.

Make sure the finisher is not defaulted to Sort, that will cause that exact issue you have. Touch the Finisher button on the control panel, if sort is highlighted, change it to group, then go to Utility, user settings, copier settings, default copy settings-current setting. Also make sure Auto sort/ group selection is set to yes.
