what is the actual jam code?
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
      The medication helps though...

check that all the rollers are actually turning and that no belts are misplaced.

I've had the exit section 1 way clutch fall to pieces before but its pretty obvious when those rollers arent turning.

i noticed that when i push the "paper exit roller" to the back the paper almost passes the fusing unit , but the end of the paper still stuck in it

i will check the cluch as you said

                  hello

                  Update :

the problem of this jam caused by CL8 clutch ,

i didn't have the same clutch to replace it so i managed to use a CL7 from a bizhub c 253 adding some tweaks to make it work in place of CL8
