No power. Only thing lit is the main pwr light. Customer said it was working fine in morning an hour later is was dead. No power outages or storms.

Going out to check the voltages on DCPU but didn't know if there is something else it could be?

This is the only C200 I service (thank God!) It reminds me of the ugly stepchild of the C253. ha-ha
