    [Misc] BIZ hub Press 1250

    Hi there,
    I have a Problem with a Press 1250 from KM. I`ve changed Drum, Developer and the Corona Wires, but i also have a low density
    the resolution of the paper type is normal and the IDC Sensor is clean.
    any ideas???

      How many copies?
      Did you do any of the drum peculiarity adjustments?

      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          Past 6Mil the transfer belt contacts gets worn out. Yield is 4 Mil on those.

          Then there is the toner agitator plates they last 4 Mil the yield there is 2.

              had a BH951 doing the same thing, had less than 1 mil on it. I changed the high voltage sensor for the drum. Have not heard from the customer about that problem. Hope this helps.

                  That sensor should not get any kind of attention no air no vacuum and no cleaning.
