I have had the solenoid the opens the shutter for the idc sensors give me problems, you can take out the Registration unit where those sensor and solenoid sit and open the sutter and put tape on the acctuator to keep the shutter open and put it back in and test if its that.
If it is the either the solenoid or front side board could be faulty.

Blank copies including the meter count and demo page the try a diffrent high voltage board.

    Good luck.

Do you have a good latent developed image on the primary belt? If yes, it's secondary transfer. If no, it's before that. What colors are affected? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
        The medication helps though...

I hope I get some more time this week to work on it. It's weird the back half of the copy is faint. Front is missing. I am going to look at the solenoid. And the board. Thank you
