i want to enter the sp mode for the biz 363 but some one change the password can i know if there any way to enter the sp mode

If someone has enabled the CE (service) password then you will need the NVram reset firmware to clear it.

If you want to clear the Administrator password simply enter CE mode & press stop>0>C you can clear it from here.

i have change drum and dev on the screen icant enter the sp mode to clear it,
can i know how to reset the NVram and if you have the firmware to this model

what peocedure are you using to enter service mode. should be stop 00 stop 01. its rare someone changes the passcode for service. if password is needed have you tried00000000

yes i try to enter 00000000 and not access and try 12345678 and also not access
some tech change it ...

Try 9272927292729272 that is also a known Bizhub password.
