Hi dear
my konica menolta bizhub c 652
printing Blur image in color prints and its black color

in black color mode prints are fine


its issue arise after 3 thousand of color prints with in 3 days.

Generally, when copies are fine in b/w but have an issue in full color its a sign your transfer belt and 2nd transfer roller are at the end of their life. A little more info and samples would be appreciated.

have you cleaned the lasers? the coronas? and yes, samples would be ideal

when i print that image in B/W then prints are fine

i cleaned the corona, but i don't have laser cleaning tool.
theire is temperature change with in two days.
and 2 days ago i refill the magenta cartridge with compatible toner.

That is a color registration issue. Clean the color reg sensors and do the adjustment in service mode. If you want to go the extra mile, remove the transfer belt and clean the roller that drives the belt.

issue is solved automatically

i think their was the temperature change in environment.
