Again ... look in the user's guide. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

1)utility, details, code12345678, Administrator Management 1 screen, and then touch [Account/
User Auth.].,Touch [User Authentication ON/OFF]., user auth setting ->on, account truck->on, sychronize ->on, enter, yes, enter

            then i

1 Display the Administrator Management 1 screen, and then touch [Account/
            User Auth
            2 Touch [Account Track
            Setting].
3 Touch the button for the
            range of accounts that
            includes the desired account.
            4 Select an account
            number
5.Display the Account Data screen, and then select an available account
            number.
            6. Touch [Account Name) I gave 187 for name
            7. Touch [Password for pas i gave 33333333
            8. touch new password

Sounds right to me. Are you limiting any of the functions? When you go back into Account Track Mode, is the new account you created there? Try creating another new account. =^..^=

you dont need account track and authentication both on select one or the other. just enter user name and password and leave everthing else alone unless you want restrictions
