    cyan color fails to print on ineo + 454e

    hello everyone ,

    here i will attach a demo page from two different printers and you can see the difference in colors ! numérisation.pdfnumérisation0001.pdf

    there is no cyan color !

    i never had this problem before and i don't know how to solve it

    any suggestion would be much appreciated

      A broken last gear on the cian dev unit can cause that. The printer does not error
      while it isn't producing blue at all.
      ... In the minute that you're thinking of giving up, think about why you lasted so long ...

          What have you done so far? =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              thanks for your suggestion , no there is no error message or anything ! it prints normally without cyan color

              i did nothing but i'm willing to change the dev unit

                  hello everyone ,

                  i found out that the cyan dev unit was not turning right when i rmeved it i found tonner stuck in front tube and a mix of developer and toner inside the printer , i replaced it and the printer worked just fine but i have to go back to clean that inside very well
