    Bizhub 4050 CE password

Can someone help me get into service mode? It asks for CE password and now says "locked after failed attempts" because I kept trying the wrong password.

Is there a way to clear that and what is the CE password?

I can't find logical format though in state confirmation

Does it have a HDD? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Yes I can see that it has an HDD but not where to do the logical format.

I need to overwrite the hard drive and get a data report to print out.

On other Konica Minolta machines the hard drive needs to be formatted following the overwrite.

This is not really a Konica, it's a relabled Lexmark. You will find what you are looking for in the Utility-----Settings menu under HDD Settings. The table supposedly looks like this:

          Administrator Settings - Security Settings
          HDD Settings--Check HDD Capacity
          Overwrite All Data--HDD Overwrite Method---Execute
          HDD Format
          HDD Encryption Setting
          Overwrite HDD Data

Not sure about how you can get that Data report to print out though, maybe somebody else here can answer that for you.
