[Error Code] bizhub c220 error code c-186 (firmare issue?)

Dear All,
My bizhub c220 just stopped to work with error code c-186.
Based on my research in the web it looks like this problem can be solved by re-flash the firmware.
Unfortunately, it looks like Konika-Minolta do not release this firmware to the users.
Anyone knows if re-flash the firmware can fix the problem?
In case, can someone provide me the firmware?
