    From the manual:
    F23-1 PCL connector detached
When the PCL was being turned
ON prior to the start of initial
    charging, a PCL abnormality was
detected 15 times in a row at the
    specified intervals after the specified
    period of time.
    PCL (Pre-charging exposure
    lamp) connector
    CB (Main body control board)

Located on the main charge assy, try replacing the whole charge unit as a test first (dont forget the reconnect the one connector onto the drum unit) and if still ng it could be an icp on the main driving/control board.
    Regards!
    A.

main board is in the rear behind the back plastic cover and right side cover, then there is another board to the right of that, behind another metal cover and plastic side cover. Be sure to test out all the ICP's with the connectors UNPLUGGED. Having the connectors in can give you false positives. Unplug all the connectors, pull board out, test em all. The board displays ICP1, ICP2, ICP3 etc.
