    C360 It does not turn on

    Hello, we have a client with a c360, it is stuck in the hourglass, can you send me the reset tool?

              You might resolve the issue with the regular firmware, the reset tool should be a last resort.

                      I know it should be the last resort, I don't like to use that tool, but in this case with the normal firmware it didn't work, with the nvram firmware it worked
