I have problem writing to CF card, maybe problem that i using 64 MB card or firmware file bad?

CF card must be 128Mb

And you also can not run the software in Windows 10. It needs to be Windows 7 (in compatibility mode) or earlier, or the writing of the card will fail every time. It may also be a factor of 32-bit vs 64-bit OS, but that part I'm not completely sure about. The last time we had to do a CF card firmware update, our IT guy did a Windows XP install in a virtual machine to get it to write the card correctly.
