Konica Minolta bizhub C364e Bootscreen and Menu-background

Hello,

i know how to change the Bootscreen and Menu Background on almost all Machines using the Konica Minolta Boot Screen Converter. However, i cant figure out how to do it on a bizhub C364e.
The Normal procedure with making the file, inserting a USB stick, booting the machine and then go in Service Mode and Adminmode does not work. The Machine in Service Mode just says *NG* for the bootscreen and the Button to register the new Menu Background / Wallpaper in Admin Mode is just non existing. I've tried on different Machines of the same Type, no success yet. Also tried different Firmware, the oldest i can find, some random one and the newest i could find.

Does anybody on here knows how to do it or has a Information that it just doesnr work? I dont think that its impossible as i am quite sure i once had to throw away a C364e that had it changed but suddenly died from a short circuit

saya tahu cara mengubah Bootscreen dan Menu Background di hampir semua Mesin menggunakan Konica Minolta Boot Screen Converter. Namun, saya tidak tahu bagaimana melakukannya pada bizhub C364e.
Prosedur Normal dengan membuat file, memasukkan stik USB, mem-boot mesin dan kemudian masuk ke Mode Layanan dan Mode Admin tidak berfungsi. Mesin dalam Mode Layanan hanya mengatakan *NG* untuk layar boot dan Tombol untuk mendaftarkan Latar Belakang/Wallpaper Menu baru dalam Mode Admin tidak ada. Saya sudah mencoba pada Mesin yang berbeda dari Jenis yang sama, belum berhasil. Juga mencoba Firmware yang berbeda, yang tertua yang dapat saya temukan, beberapa yang acak dan yang terbaru yang dapat saya temukan.

Apakah ada orang di sini yang tahu cara melakukannya atau memiliki Informasi yang tidak berfungsi? Saya tidak berpikir itu tidak mungkin karena saya cukup yakin saya pernah harus membuang C364e yang telah berubah tetapi tiba-tiba mati karena korsleting

Second of all, i've already tried that. I can read Service Manuals. However, on about 7 Machines i was able to test it on, my BootUp Screen png with the size of 800x480 does not work. Its a single colored background, so i doubt i overshoot it in size either.

As i said in the OP, the Service Mode says "NG" and i cant set the BootUp Screen

i know you have the size correct, is it in 256 color mode as well?

Yes it is.
I managed to achieve the Boot Screen now. Although it just said "NG" on Screen, it seems to mean my USB Drive i used for the past 8 years. Just went through like 10 different Drive nows and finally one worked. I dont realy understand for what reason but dont want to go in deeper on that.

What about the background though? There is no button to register your own?

These machines are very particular with USB drives. And by particular, I mean a pain in the ass.

Hello,

thanks for the help and the provided file. However, i do not need the Bootscreen anymore as it turned out that the C364e is more picky with the usb drives than any other machine i knew.
I still have issues setting the Background though. Do you know how to achieve that?
