C3320i with Fax Board

Hi Folks
We sold a new C3320i + FK-517.
the customer want to send fax and she want the tx report with the first page printed on the tx report.
I ve set it in Service Mode but the tx report is not printed always with the first seite on it.
The Firmware is KJ and SW 25 is set to 30Hex.
I hope all I ve write is understandable.

Assuming you have the Fax Kit installed correctly, the default setting will be to only print a tx report if the fax fails to go through. You need to go to the administrator menu and in the fax section you should have a setting to turn the report on for every fax.

The tx report is printed every time. The tx ve always success. One time is the tx report printed with the first seite, other times without.
