Konica minolta c8000 fuser jams

Hello guys ,hope al,l is well, am having issues with konica c8000 over jamming on both Artpaper 130-170 GSM both A4 &A3 and also Artboard 250-300 GSM ,both single side print or double side print , paper always jams in the Fusing unit ,it's like it knocks on the fuser fingers and rolls on the upper roller,
Any help will be much appreciated
