    Biz 4750

    Customer updated their cable box and now can't scan to email. My IT guy couldn't get it working. Said it may need firmware update? Since this is really a Lexmark will firmware help with scan to email like the Kon/Min models?
    Any other ideas appreciated?

      Thanks for the reply & offer but I have access to the Kon/Min dealer website and getting the firmware is not the problem. I already have it downloaded.

        Were they using the previous vendor's email service? By updating do you mean they are still with the same company? Maybe there's a setting in the new router blocking it if there is a new one.
