    [Jamming] Bizhub c224 with DF 624 Doc feeder jam

    Hi guys help needed
    Bizhub c224 with a DF 624.
    Its feeding fine but when it gets a jam the jam won't reset and the pick up rollers don't reset back to up position.
    The only way to reset the jam is power of and then on.
    The jam code is 6602 and 6633.
    Once the rollers have reset and jam clear can feed single and double sided all fine.
    But if I stop a sheet to bring up a jam by holding it back as if it hasn't picked up then the jam won't clear and the rollers won't reset back up unless i put a doc in feeder with lid up then bring DF down and rollers reset then

      If you open the access door on the RADF when not in a jam state, does the display on the copier indicate that the access door is open? It sounds like the open/close sensor is not functioning so the copier thinks the access door was never opened to clear out the jam. If the door is never detected as being opened, the jam will never clear, and the motor that lifts the feed assembly will never operate to lift it.

              Replace the item A3CFPP7000. Trust me.

                      Thanks for the help everyone I see the gear clutch assembly but somehow the 3 pin connector for the Df door open/close sensor had come off the board completely refitted it and it was fine .
                      Stripped that gear assembly down and cleaned the clutch working a treat now
