Konica Minolta C3350i

Hi guys,

we have a customer that currently has C3110's and they print from MAC's (latest versions), they are wanting to be able to print and scan to their macs, we are wanting to put C3350i's in place of the C3110's and are wondering if the C3350i's would be able to scan to folder on their MAC's considering how much of a pain MAC's are.

they are all set up locally on their MAC's.

Check SMB security settings set to required. Default is when required

MACs its easier to use FTP in my opinion. its turned off by default on newer macs

never been able to successfully set up FTP? dont suppose you have a guide on how to?

Push them towards scan to email if you can as it's much easier to set up & simple for the MAC users to add /remove users to the address book.

I would create them a gmail account "companyname@gmail.com' set up the two step authentication & app password & you're good to go.
