    SPI Check NG cant load firmware on Bizhub C558

    This problem started when we tried to update firmware and got a NG on all of the different firmwares.
    Tried a new HDD, data clear, tried to update firmware through ISW, no luck.
    Ran the self diagnostic and got a SPI Check R/W Check NG message.
    I submitted a problem request to KM and they said to replace MFP Board.
    I know it's a long shot, but wanted to check on here first to see if anyone else has had this issue and had any ideas to try before replacing the MFP board.

      try reseating the memory, boot to a firmware stick but select machine and type. make sure there isnt FF in both places you must enter he machine and type.
      its worth a look.
      We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
      The medication helps though...

          Try reset tool before MFPB.
