    i series CSRC date

    Anyone else having issues with the date on CSRC on the i series reverting back to year 2018?

    Try pressing stop 3 as soon as you enter service mode and make sure time zone and time is right on that screen

      i've had it happen on a few, even when this is set up correctly, it's part of the initial set up

        I have come across a handful of I-series models that will randomly change their entire date/time completely resulting in CSRC/Vcare stopping communicating. We have had numerous service calls to go back out to machines to reconfigure Vcare.

        G00-Q6 base firmware takes care of that issue.
