Toner spots on all printouts

I have a c258 here that makes spots on each side. I have tried cleaning everything but the stains are still there. Can anyone give a hint based on the scan?

Oh yeah, that picture was trash. I have now attached the scan as a PDF. Every page looks the same, the error is always in the same place.

That's 100% a repeating pattern - you can test A3, too and it should be visible more times - probably BK drum or fuser

Thanks, I will test that. But if it were the fuser, then the spots should also take on the same color after a full color test print?

Yeah if you print a few pages full coverage cyan for example and then a white page the marks should appear cyan. If the BK drum is the cause you should also see the marks on the drum surface during a close inspection.

If repeat image is only black then can only be black drum.

Not sure if I understood, are you saying defect is on both front and back of page?

Measure distance between marks, if it is about 95mm than drum is damaged.
