    Cyan and Magenta Developer Loss

C-364e: Magenta Dev Loss, new developer, new drum and blade, TCR: -1 doesn't help, Air ducts clean as new one
C-224 : Cyan Dev Loss, new developer, new drum and blade, TCR: -1 doesn't help

Can someone confirm HV arcing on wire cover? Thanks advanced!

Since you seem to refurb the units wich always leaves room for funky issues: Did keep running the refurbed units just with life stop disabled or did you put a new chip in both DV and DR after refurbing?

Had same issue with aftermarket drum on bw 224e.
After replacing OEM drum problem solved.

I've had reset drum and dev. C-364e: The drums and developers of all other colors have no problems during their lifetime.

OK, well you can either try and invest a set of new complete units and/or check the HV area + contact terminals/wiring/hv board for toner+dev contermination that might lead to bad voltages. Did you check the readings in service mode if anything looks off compared to the other colors?
