Konica Minolta c450i

hello everybody,
hope everythink is OK.
i have replaced the Memory Board and the CPU Board respectively (the problem is that the machine restart self all the time).
so now every time i stat up the machine it shows same message (Set the administrator password to improve security) see the attachment file.
can anybody help me ???

This. Plus reading skills required. Even worst if you are KM tech.

If machine is rebooting check firmware level . If someone has put Q6 on the machine this can cause a rebooting issue. Konica Minolta is aware of problem because they pulled Q6 firmware off the web.
