Machine only prints one set when collating is checked using the postscript driver, microsoft word.It also does the same thing from any other application. If you uncheck collating and select more than 1 copy of a multipage document it prints all pages,not collated of course.

i would check firmware ..... sounds like the file is not storing on hdd for printing second set ... only a guess ....I fix copiers ...Well Sorta -

sorry to mislead you i dont work on these .. HOWEVER they look like a SAMSUNG SCX 6345 and these had so many weird firmware issues when they came out .....
unfortunatly i dont work on samsung anymore...I fix copiers ...Well SortaComment

U'd be correct, they ARE a scx-6345, muratec didn't even bother to change the driver name or anything in the web interface (says samsung) and the muratec label is just stuck overtop of the samsung nameplates.

I took care of this by loading the driver directly from the Samsung website, which tells me the Postscript driver on the Muratec CD is bad.Comment
