    Bizhub 421 code c6001

    Hi i have a problem with a b421 that gives a code c6001. I try to reset it bud it does not work.

      I think that's a CCD related error, although I'm not sure what could be causing it.

      Check connections, check if exposure lamp lights properly, check white patch in the optics area, check mirrors... and good luck.

          abnormality.
          Scanner section
          stops
          immediately.

          Check your scanner cabling etc..
