    Konica 7155

    I have a customer that has a Konica 7155. They are getting a SC23-03 Error. Does anyone know what this error means or how to clear it?

      An error for DRUM_EM signal is
      detected when more than 3 seconds
      have passed since M2 (drum) has
      turned ON.

          See de recycling tubs of the drum unit...normaly they are full of toner or the driving unit (gears) are broken...
