    Guess what? I'm New....

    Hi Folks,

Just joined a few weeks ago. Thought i would say hello. I'm a Konica Minolta tech and have been viewing the site for a few months. The wealth of knowledge here is great, got me out of a number of problems. Thanks.

Just posted my first help tonight/this morning in the Konica Minolta section. If we all impart what HUGE or little knowledge we have then the easier it gets.

Once again, thanks for the help folks.

Welcome! We need more members like you that contribute. Keep it up. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Always willing to help fellow techs if i can. I seem to have been dumped into the networking/firmware/install side recently so if i can help in these (or any) areas that i am familliar with then i am more than happy to do so.
