I have BizHub 600 with problems, J31-02 and J21-02 codes with paper stopping under drum. Can help me?

looks like two separate issues, for jam under the drum check the trans/sep corona wires (clean / replace)

Adjust separation voltage if problem continues after cleaning.....

Does problem only happen when running 2sided? If so side 2 is not separating from the drum properly. (You can look in and see the difference between side 1 separation and side 2) New transfer/separation wires might be all you need. Otherwise the transfer/separation current can be altered in service mode paper settings.
