Could anybody tell me if there is something that I am supposed to do to the web solenoid for the konica 7155 before I install it because they never advance and if I remove the little resistance spring on the side, it advances to fast. Is there a trick to it?

Hi. First of all I must say: I've never seen this model. Say that, probably the problem is related to the sponge roller because it can't rotate freely. I clean the two side of it and the bushings and apply some grease for fusing unit.

are you resetting the fusing web counter ?
A little known fact on the newer versions of that engine once a certain count is reached on the web the solenoid no longer activates until its reset.Comment
