    [Misc] C280

I got this BizHub C280 Brand New. Set it up and printed out the report which is fine. Made copy from glass and got these fine lines apart about 1/2 inch. Cant figure it why its printing fine but giving these lines when making copies. Followed the setup procedure 2 times but nothing changed. Any help will be appreciated.
    Tnx

colored lines? Get an updated version of setup. they missed a step and that is why you are having trouble. Including touch screen.

if it is a new install. make sure that you have run all of the proper calibrations. lines could be produced from not running new drum/ dv life unit detect or running gradation.

i agree with mo0651 you probably skipped something in the setup.

new article life is detected by the chips on both the developer and drum units. so you should be good. are you still having lines?

Had exactly the same issue today on a new C220 PDI, thin coloured lines all over page approx 20mm apart.

Re-followed the PDI instructions WORD for WORD and the fault was gone.

Hello Friends, I am agree that the mistake was not to follow the instructions "WORD TO WORD" and "STEP BY STEP". I was entering time as 12 hour clock as I was coinsidently doing both setups after lunch and entered time as 1:45 whereas it should have been 13:45. Machine is making nice copies.
One more setup is how to increase image density from ADF. When I make copy from Glass its very nice but from ADF its little light.
Again Thanks for all the friends for input and help on ADF issue will be appreciated.
